At The Brutal Baker, every order is handcrafted with care. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
However, your experience matters.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thebrutalbaker.com
with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right—either through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
